What you can expect You will be responsible for the release and life cycle management of a complex IT purchasing solution with business-critical risks and numerous interfaces to internal and external partner processes in the field of residents' registration. You will plan, organize and coordinate complex releases in the context of further development, care and maintenance, process error messages yourself and assess the risks of proposed changes. You will also process and track the prioritization and scheduling of error messages as part of product release management.
