Job Description Your contribution to something big: Guarantee that all deliverables of the Industrialization projects are available in time for the milestones according Manufacturing Engineering Process (MEP), since very early in the product development process - at Design For Manufacturing Assembly (DFMA) workshop - by given inputs earlier in the design phase that will best fit to our processes until all physical conditions for sample runs as well the standards needed (Production Quality Instructions (PQI), Capacity charts, operator movements/"dance" (STAB)); Work on the standardization and optimization of existing manufacturing systems (including all standards) with the goal of increased productivity and reduced total cost. Calculate monthly line capacities based on Short Term Planning (STP) quantities.
