For further information, please visit the following link: and PLEASE NOTE: Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide.PLEASE NOTE: As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.Main MissionOur Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for you as VIE Europe Division Maintenance engineer.She/He will support Europe Division Maintenance Manager on all following activities:Maintenance:Contribute actively to reach the division & plant targets in term of downtime, Total Preventive Maintenance (T.P.M.), and Maintenance Roadmap deployment.Coach plant Maintenance team in Maintenance & problem-solving topicsAnimate Europe Maintenance network.Ensure proper definition & deployment of the identified Best PracticesCoordinate the different reporting activities on a weekly basis (Downtime, T.P.M., Morning Market…)Lead innovative project (predictive maintenance, new digital tools…) in pilot plantsLead improvement workshop on T.P.M. topics at plant locationsEnsure proper deployment & application of the new Maintenance Standards (Global Project: "Maintenance under the spotlight")Ensure proper training to plants whenever neededManufacturing costs:Contribute actively to reach the division & plant financial targets in term of Manufacturing cost (MFC) results & savings.Coordinate the different reporting activities monthly (both financial & savings)Lead global projects to reduce sustainably MFC costs (Energy/C02, Maintenance, IT costs…)Co-Animate MFC Workshop at plant locationEnsure proper definition & deployment of the identified Best PracticesFollow deployment of Digital Tools related to MFC improvementAnimate weekly meetings with plant & Indirect Purchasing community (IdP) to follow, track, support & challenge the local MFC Actions plansThis mission will last 12 months minimumQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/be:Master's degree in engineering or finance or equivalentExperience in operations, especially in maintenance or MEIT system basic knowledge (Excel, SAP, SAP PM… Power BI would be a plus)Fluent in English mandatory, Slavic/German/Portuguese/Spanish would be a plusCommunication skills & customer orientationAutonomy & open mindedTeam spirit & international mindsetFlexibility in travels
