For further information, please visit the following link:Main MissionOur Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for you as VIE Europe Division Maintenance Engineer. You will support the Europe Division Maintenance Manager on the following activities:Maintenance:Contribute actively to reach the division & plant targets in terms of downtime, Total Preventive Maintenance (T.P.M.), and Maintenance Roadmap deployment.Coach plant Maintenance team in Maintenance & problem-solving topics.Animate Europe Maintenance network.Ensure proper definition & deployment of the identified Best Practices.Coordinate the different reporting activities on a weekly basis (Downtime, T.P.M., Morning Market…).Lead innovative projects (predictive maintenance, new digital tools…) in pilot plants.Lead improvement workshops on T.P.M. topics at plant locations.Ensure proper deployment & application of the new Maintenance Standards (Global Project: "Maintenance under the spotlight").Ensure proper training to plants whenever needed.Manufacturing costs:Contribute actively to reach the division & plant financial targets in terms of Manufacturing cost (MFC) results & savings.Coordinate the different reporting activities monthly (both financial & savings).Lead global projects to reduce sustainably MFC costs (Energy/C02, Maintenance, IT costs…).Co-Animate MFC Workshop at plant location.Ensure proper definition & deployment of the identified Best Practices.Follow deployment of Digital Tools related to MFC improvement.Animate weekly meetings with plant & Indirect Purchasing community (IdP) to follow, track, support & challenge the local MFC Actions plans.This mission will last 12 months minimum .QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/be:Master's degree in engineering or finance or equivalent.Experience in operations, especially in maintenance or MEIT system basic knowledge (Excel, SAP, SAP PM… Power BI would be a plus).Fluent in English mandatory, Slavic/German/Portuguese/Spanish would be a plus.Communication skills & customer orientation.Autonomy & open-mindedness.Team spirit & international mindset.Flexibility in travels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
