Compensation & International Mobility officer will provide expert guidance and insight to all our local HR and stakeholders across business, she/he will pro-actively deliver key Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects and annual C&B processes working closely with the rest of the team.

As V.I.E. Compensation & International Mobility officer , some of your key accountabilities will be to:
International Mobility Short Term Assignments policy implementation:Ensure processes and rules are followed to manage International assignments of less than 5 monthsAct as a single point of contact for HR business partners and the assignee once the international move is validatedManage relationship with different providers (tax, service apartments, relocation, …)International Mobility processes management & reportingKeep up to date internal proceduresPropose adjustments, including concerning relationship with external providers, to enhance our efficiency and business / employee supportMake sure HR Business Partners are knowledgeable on International Mobility processesFollow International Mobility population and prepare regular dashboards Compensation & HR systems Support the C&B team during the compensation review processDefine, with the C&B team, HRIS compensation developments needs in particular concerning Compensation review processExplain and highlight to HRIS team expected developments Manage tool testing and correction needsIs the point of contact for HR local teams regarding compensation processes and policies Projects Coordinate communication and information of on-going projects to the HR team across Europe;Support the C&B team in some projects such as Registration Document preparation and Managing Board compensation reportingLead and/or support other Group Compensation & Benefits projects. Profile and Skills Euronext is looking at the following profile:
Client-service orientated, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands;Demonstrated Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point (must have);Interest in analyzing data, and the ability to see beyond the numbers;Excellent English verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge or experience of any HRIS (eg workday) is a plus!Prior experience in Compensation & benefits, International Mobility or HR controllingEducation and knowledge: Business School or University degree in HR, Economics or statistics.Euronext Values Unity • We respect and value the people we work with
