Main responsibilities: Articulate design decisions and communicate them to product, business and technology leaders;Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process;Create UX/UI deliverables, such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed visual designs;Conduct research activities with users, such as interviews and usability tests;Analyze research data and use them to create user flows and customer journey maps;Organize and present research findings and insights to colleagues and stakeholders;Integrate research findings into design solutions;Document design guidelines and actively share knowledge on how to use the design system;Craft digital experiences in low and high-fidelity for web responsive and mobile native apps.
