Your role is pivotal in creating an inviting and user-friendly online presence, aiming for a seamless browsing and shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with our data team for ongoing monitoring and measurement, ensuring an effective blend of data analysis and user-centric design. Lead UX research initiatives, crafting a strategic UX research plan that delves into user profiles, needs, frustrations, and preferences. Facilitate brainstorming sessions to determine key UX research metrics and methodologies. Design wireframes, navigation flows, and regularly update the site's design system. Conduct usability testing to identify errors and gather user feedback. Formulate a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) strategy based on website feedback, and create a system for stakeholder error reporting in collaboration with the design and IT teams. Ensure the UX/UI integrity of various website campaigns and functionalities, overseeing the launch of landing pages and components, and making adjustments based on real-time feedback. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in UX/UI Designer, particularly in a website or e-commerce setting. Strong understanding and skill in design systems and UI/UX principles. Proficiency in UX research, wireframing, and usability testing. Proficiency in Figma. Skilled in relevant design and prototyping tools. Competence in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative user data. Excellent communication, collaboration, and training abilities. Brownie Points: Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
