Position Summary: At Bentley Systems, we deliver solutions for complex engineering projects. Our users are the ones designing, building, and operating the world's infrastructure. It requires us to know their needs very well, and this is where UX Design plays its critical role. As a member of the iTwin Products UX team, you will dive deep into how cities, water, mobility, or energy industries operate and maintain their infrastructure. You will learn who is behind the city planning, who is doing bridge inspections, or who creates concepts for deep-water oil and gas floating platforms. You will learn about their current pain points and struggles and will use all this knowledge to design tools that will help them to be more efficient and successful at what they are doing each day.). We will rely on you for the following: Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Contribute to the user research. Translate user research findings into insights and design improvements. Ensure that designs are consistent with our design system and contribute the designs to the design system. What You Bring to The Team: A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving. Great command of Figma Proficiency in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping Visual design skills and an eye for detail Fluency in both written and spoken English.
