As a Customer Support Advisor you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding multi-channel support via phone, email and live chat to users of this new pilot service. This is an exciting new scheme and you will be there to guide your customers through different options and troubleshoot any technical issues they experience.
Requirements The successful candidate has:
Fluency in Turkish and a good command of EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleEagerness to learn and attention to detailsFlexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environmentStrong analytical, problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
