Transformation Manager - Lisboa

Adecco Recruitment is hiring a Transformation Manager (M/F) to join the Transformation team of an Insurance Company in Lisbon.Scope of the work and responsibilitiesLead the transformation and modernization of the different group companies through cross-company change projects;Support in the definition and execution of different strategic initiatives within the group;Identify areas of improvement and propose optimization initiatives, with special focus on technology and operations;Support in the implementation of the strategic initiatives already identified;Support in the integration of the acquired companies;Participate in the elaboration of documents to different committees and report progress to all stakeholders.Applicant profileGraduated in Economics, Engineering or similar;3-6 years of experience in consulting and/or the insurance/financial sector;Experience in managing and executing cross-company projects;Analytical skills, organization, autonomy and ability to communicate/report at different levels;Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish is a plus;Advanced user skills in Excel and Powerpoint.ConditionsCompetitive salary based on experience8,32 food allowance (on card)Health InsuranceLife InsuranceBonusHybrid regimeOpen-ended contract agreed directly with the client company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
