This role will work closely with and coach key groups of colleagues and stakeholders, lead change management activities and tools to support adoption of the changes required to support our people in embedding the change. Key Responsibilities Lead change management and engagement activities for the transformation portfolio Coach key groups (functional and x functional teams - country and HQ level – SLT/GMs etc) and colleagues (through planned workshops, training) in leading through change. Design with the support of the Head of Comms and and the Change management strategy and approach Define and plan change activities across transformation program and the program lifecycle Work across functions to lead execution of change management activities via each function with its functional change manager / coordinator. Ensure change assessment outcomes it aligns with the business, programme and project objectives, regularly obtaining input and feedback from stakeholders across the business Assess change readiness, carry change impact analysis, and ensure global representation in project activity to drive user adoption and increased efficiency improvements. Coach and develop senior leaders to lift capability and understanding of transformation and change management including business readiness "best practice" across the organisation Develop and execute effective change and communications plans Design, implement Programme communications engagement plan and branding. Ensure consistency in approach across the programme and alignment with other Group activities and in line with the Overall Transformation Programme Manage translations and local adaptations of the communication with the communication -when needed – and in coordination with network in countries Identify change management risks and mitigation strategies and manage to closure. Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress Support training efforts by working with the Central Training Lead and functional Training Managers to ensure training requirements are identified and documented, supporting the design and delivery of training. Requirements Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on change management experience in an international environment, a multi-functional transformation program driving change in the organizational, process and technical area. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, organizational psychology or healthcare. Strong knowledge and understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions to drive change. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
