Your mission We are looking for a? Training Specialist to join the team. This is a permanent work from home position based in Portugal. Salary: The annual gross salary for this role will be between 22k and 25k euros depending on experience level (inclusive of holiday allowances) . You will receive a 20 eur o a month internet allowance. The meal allowance is 7.63 euro per day. Schedule: Candidates will need to be available to work Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30 pm. What you'll be doing: Implement and deliver the best learning experience in a fully remote environment Improve and update existing training materials according to client's needs and requests Create and analyze success reports to assess opportunities for improvement Work alongside all departments to assess learning needs and develop efficient learning plans Our recruitment process : Our recruitment process is 3 stages. 30 min Teams interview with the Recruitment Team Language test if applicable to the role 45 min Teams interview with the Hiring Team Your profile A bout you:? • 1-2 years of Corporate training experience • Prior experience in delivering training in a remote environment • Successful working experience in BPO • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) • Prior experience with LMS (preferred) • Knowledge of adult training concepts (preferred) Why us?
