Job Description :The Commercial Real Estate Academy is a 12-month internship program designed to provide a comprehensive overview of three key business units: Capital Markets, Strategic Consultancy, and Valuations. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and stimulating environment, working on meaningful projects that will enrich your professional experience and help you develop a holistic understanding of the commercial real estate industry.Key Responsibilities:Gain hands-on experience by actively participating in projects and activities related to Capital Markets, Strategic Consultancy, and Valuations.Collaborate closely with internal teams within these business units, supporting them in research, market analysis, and reporting.Engage in specialized training sessions targeted at enhancing your technical skills and knowledge of the commercial real estate sector.Contribute to day-to-day administrative tasks aligned with the operations of the business units, as required.Attend client meetings to present services and prepare tailored commercial proposals that align with their needs and the company's objectives.Analyze the market and maintain communication with current and potential clients to promote the sale of JLL's services, being mindful of market restrictions.Collaborate with analysts to support ad-hoc projects such as researching economic trends and support the salesforce with requests from clients such as employment statistics, market trends, demographics and property intel.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in management, Economics, Finance, Civil Engineering, or Territory Engineering. Strong interest in pursuing a career in the commercial real estate industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.CMVM, RICS certification, or training in the Real Estate field will be considered a plus. Customer-focused orientation. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and experience in delivering public presentations (in Portuguese and English). Strong analytical skills. Dynamic, flexible, organized, and creative.
