Responsibilities: - Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design effective test strategies. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation frameworks and tools. - Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to ensure the quality of software products. - Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases and ensure test coverage. - Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives. - Debug and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with developers and other stakeholders. - Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure test cases align with user requirements and business objectives. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and software testing. Main requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in test automation or related roles. - Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Java, Python, or C#). - Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Appium) - Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools. - Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools. - Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
