Territory Manager - J&J Surgical Vision Working closely with an established team, will be responsible for achieving Surgical Vision product sales to new and established medical and professional accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. Build a territory plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of multiple physician and healthcare professional accounts in a prescribed territory. Identify customer needs and recommend new products to address them. Develop customer and product focused presentation packages for sales. Prepare sales reports and documents as required. Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Make regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions. Interacts with clinicians, procurement and management team, implement local promotional and informative events. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution of customer needs, manage inventory, deposits and Capex in compliance with company policies and procedures at all times. Provide input to sales forecast, punctually reports field activity and submits constant feedback to management. Identifies potential impacts to business. Recommends areas for future growth. The employee has the opportunity for personal and professional development, in a company of reference in the market, in a context of recognized stability. Main areas of responsibility * Account Management * Territory analysis and action planning * Product promotion * Tender management Essential Requirements * 2-3 years of work experience within sales in healthcare industry * Ophthalmology surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits is preferred * University degree in Health Sciences may be desirable (nursing or optometry) * Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills * Advance-level computer skills, and Good Portuguese and English level. * Analytical thinking and Results driven.
