They are recruiting for a TechOps Engineer that will be the problem solver for the OASIS platform by owning the incident investigation process until a resolution is in place whilst having the opportunity to work closely with the development teams to support architectural decisions and improvements. As the TechOps Engineer you will finding root causes, and the satisfaction of contributing to the improvement of their systems. You as the TechOps Engineer, you will use your technical skillset to troubleshoot and analyse complex incidents in our systems. As the TechOps Engineer contribute technical documentation and integrate automation into the operations stack to reduce repetitive work. You as the TechOps Engineer provide continuous technical communication to our product and engineering teams to improve our systemsRequirements: Min of 4+ years of experience as SRE/DevOps Engineer/Software EngineerWorking knowledge or experience in the following:Python/C++/Go/Node.jsMicroservice architecture and tech: Kubernetes, DockerMonitoring and observability practices and tech: Prometheus, Grafana, Mimir Debugging and improving DB setups: PostgreSQL, MongoDBAnalysing complex distributed systems across network, hardware, and softwareDisaster recovery and capacity planningNote.
