We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.What are you going to do?Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact with contractors and ensuring client satisfaction.Define project scope and requirements based on company and client inputs, manage vendors, and ensure successful project delivery in cloud infrastructure.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, mitigate project risks, and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.Participate in the Major Incident resolution process alongside the Major Incident management team and vendors.Manage client relationships with realistic expectations, ensuring maximum value for all parties throughout the product/service lifecycle.Manage the roadmap of changes in solutions based on client requests.Organize testing and follow-up with clients and suppliers to comply with the agreed client release process.Program lead, oversight, governance: scope, budget, status of projects, resources, and deliveries.Define project scope, and requirements with clients, and develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.Direct vendor teams in the delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality in cloud infrastructure.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as appropriate to clients.Communicate project status and provide regular updates on project milestones to clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.What are we looking for?At least 5 years of proven experience as a Program Manager or similar position, preferably in cloud IT infrastructure projects.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Experience in dealing with government clients is highly desirable.Proven ability to manage client and vendor relationships.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Solid technical knowledge in cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.Relevant certifications in project management, such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent, are an advantage.Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written (mandatory).What do we have to offer you?Health Insurance;Feedback&Coffee – the system that includes Aubay's Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the Career Progression Model;Possibility of working remotely;A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.
