The main objective of our future collaborator is to ensure technical training delivery to the Dealers network. Do you think you can fit in? Then read on!- Trainer competence: At least three years of trainer/coach experience; High methodological and didactic competence; Media competence (handling media, designing flipcharts, pinboards, handling MS Office, etc.); Empathy and conflict management in dealing with participants, also in critical situations. - Professional competence: Good knowledge of the automotive industry (trends, structures); Sound knowledge of the relevant target group technicians; Very good experience with car dealership processes; Experience in technology; General IT affinity and knowledge of databases / systems / system environments / interfaces; Sound knowledge of the system to be trained and the application (or corresponding acquisition); Sound knowledge of the affected processes and functions in the dealership. - Personal competence: Professional, positive appearance; Flexibility, creativity, openness and enthusiasm; Strong moderation and presentation skills; Active information gathering and communication; High level of self-management and organisational skills.
