Given our growth projections, we plan to open our first non-US office by Q2 2024. As a critical first step, we will hire a technical software engineering lead (employee number #1).
Role and Responsibilities
Recruit, lead, and manage a team of driven software engineersDevelop and foster world-class modern development best practices Provide seasoned technical direction and guidance for the engineering team Nurture a culture of ownership and technical excellence  Work with product, customer success, and commercial to ensure requirements are over-deliveredTrack and manage the successful delivery of software and key resultsMain requirements 7+ years of experience in software development and technical leadershipBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field5+ years of experience with agile software methodologies5+ years of React, Vue, or related technologies5+ years of Python3+ years of working in an early-stage startup (Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong real-world coding skills (we will provide backend and frontend tests)Design and develop complex systems (distributed, eventing, trading, ML)
