As a critical first step, we will hire a technical software engineering lead (employee number #1).Role and ResponsibilitiesRecruit, lead, and manage a team of driven software engineersDevelop and foster world-class modern development best practicesProvide seasoned technical direction and guidance for the engineering teamNurture a culture of ownership and technical excellenceWork with product, customer success, and commercial to ensure requirements are over-deliveredTrack and manage the successful delivery of software and key resultsMain requirements7+ years of experience in software development and technical leadershipBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field5+ years of experience with agile software methodologies5+ years of React , Vue , or related technologies5+ years of Python3+ years of working in an early-stage startup ( Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong real-world coding skills (we will provide backend and frontend tests)Design and develop complex systems (distributed, eventing, trading, ML)
