We are seeking an innovative Tech Lead to join our team. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.Define and implement modern development practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.Provide technical direction and guidance to achieve project goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed project requirements.Track and manage software delivery to meet business objectives.Provide support, coaching, and guidance to engineering teams.Operate autonomously within the Engineering circle.Contribute technical insights during pre-sales.Stay updated on technology trends and best practices.Mentor junior team members and support recruitment efforts.Main requirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.Natural leader comfortable building and nurturing teams.Thrives in entrepreneurial environments, eager to tackle challenges.Strong communicator with a knack for solving problems with technology.4+ years in Engineering, 3+ years leading teams to success.Proficient in Agile methodologies and large-scale system design.Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.Excellent English skills;
