What you'll doDevelop our Customer Strategy Team by being self-reliant in making decisions concerning your area and your teamLead projects to continuously develop customer, pre sales and post sales strategies.Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth running of customer strategy operationsInitiate projects to improve revenues, optimize cost and efficiencyLead projects and people that directly impact more than 30 markets across the globe and a several million customers Who we're looking forYou have experience in areas of (customer) strategy, sales, business development or in customer success and automationYou have exceptional communication, interpersonal skillsYour negotiation skills have a firm proof of conceptYou are fluent in English You have knowledge of working with CRMs, project management tools & solutions are an advantage.Working with MS-Office is not unknown to youYou are passionate about customer insights.You are an open-minded team playerYou have analytical skills and learn quicklyYou like to take on responsibility and can work independentlyYou like to travel and meet new peopleYou want to manage talents in a fast growing environmentWhat we offerA combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.A friendly environment in our Lisbon office.
