Descrição Develop Tax guidelines to be adopted by the companies and Holding of the Group, evaluating and preventing tax risks factors impacting business decisions;Define Tax operating model, building Tax operations to effectively serve corporate legal needs by optimizing the use of internal resources vs external;Ensure compliance with the Group's (holding company, its subsidiaries and RETGS group) tax and statutory obligations, in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations;Coordinate fiscal monthly closing activities;Provide in-house tax expertise, integrating multidisciplinary teams for the potential projects development;Coordinate management of tax risks and while promoting efficient processes and best practices;Actively participate in the budget & business plan process (company-by-company and consolidated basis) and rolling forecast process, providing tax estimates (with impact in terms of profit & loss and cash flow);Lead interaction with the Tax Authority, whenever applicable;Lead and coordinate tax inspections, tax audits and any tax disputes;Evaluate and recommend tax provisions;Collaborate in audits carried out by external auditors;Lead the develop and maintenance of internal organization and control procedures in line with best-practices;Keep abreast of changes to tax regulations in force in the jurisdictions for which it is responsible, providing the Group with the respective framework. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management or Economics preferably from a top-tier school;Postgraduate qualification in Tax (preferential);Good general knowledge of Portuguese Tax Law and accounting;At least 7 years of professional experience in tax functions, and proven experience in RETGS groups. Experience in the Big 4 will be valued, as well as in companies operating in regulated sectors or listed companies;Mastery of the main Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - mandatory;Strong internal/external customer service skills;Strong leadership skills;Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, both in Portuguese and in English (mandatory);Problem-solving and results-orientated;Interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation;Self-motivated, organized, pro-active and autonomous; Vantagens Excellent Career Opportunity.
