If you are looking for a new opportunity in the HR area, this offer is for you!We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialistfor a multinational company.- Providing advice, handling postings, sourcing candidates and choosing the best channels to attract talent;- Identify areas of improvement of the recruiting process;- Market mapping;- Negotiations with head hunters and agencies;- Appearance at trade fairs and events;- Degree or Master in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Sociology;- Experience with sourcing and recruiting in a dynamic environment;- Experience with different sourcing web pages (Linkedin Recruiter, Stack Overflow, etc.)- English professional level;- Availability to work between Vila Real and Porto.- Integration in an innovative and high-investment project.- Gross annual salary up to €30k (according to experience) + 8,32€ per day of food allowance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
