Come join us:In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day full life cycle recruitment for Data, Software Engineering, Infrastructure and Security recruitment across Spain and Portugal, including our Delivery Hubs.You will develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs, using a wide range of creative approaches to find the brightest and the best talent in the industry.As our front line to building a successful business, you are the face of our brand in the market, bringing the Avanade story to life in an authentic and personal way for candidates. You'll make sure our recruiting processes are equitable, efficient and effective, ensuring everything we do complies with EEO guidelines and demonstrates Avanade's culture of innovation and inclusion.Internally, you will provide support and guidance on recruitment matters, and deliver our recruitment performance against plan. Together we do what matters.What you'll do:Partner with Hiring Manager to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.)Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies and sources qualified candidates, leveraging multiple mediums (e.g., job postings, job fairs, etc.)Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with Avanade Recruitment standardsDeliver appropriate communication / message to candidates and applicants when appropriate; help others do the samePartner with Talent Acquisition team, HR team, and external groups to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting processMonitor performance and status metrics; communicate status and roadblocks up to recruiting leadership; act as point of escalationUse internal recruiting systems; track progress against plans and make adjustments as requiredContribute to various initiatives and special projects as needed (i.e., instruct interviewer training) with support of Talent Acquisition Leadership.Skills and experiences: Highly knowledgeable of general recruiting principles, practices; demonstrated experience in developing strategic recruiting plansDisplays capability for creative, non-routine sourcing and candidate experience strategiesExperience improving end-to-end recruiting processes and programsGreat presentation, communication, active listening, and story-telling skillsDemonstrate understanding of the hiring profilesFamiliarity and comfort with high tech and fast paced cultureCan build and manage relationships with colleagues and customersKnowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutionsDeveloped skills in negotiation, persuasions researchDeveloped knowledge of the variety of recruiting channels.About you:You will likely possess a bachelor's degree in HR, Business recommended You will likely have 5+ years of recruiting-related experience in an internal or agency setting.Enjoy your career Some of the best things about working at Avanade: Opportunity to work for Microsoft's Global Alliance Partner of the Year (14 years in a row), with exceptional development and training.Real-time access to technical and skilled resources globallyDedicated career advisor to encourage your growthEngaged and helpful coworkers genuinely interested in you.Find out more about some of our benefits here.A great place to work:As you bring your skills and abilities to Avanade, you'll get distinctive experiences, limitless learning, and ambitious growth in return.
