Greenvolt is looking for a Sustainability Senior Manager to be responsible for the following tasks:Support and review Greenvolt's sustainability strategy, ensuring implementation and management across the various departments and business areas, particularly in the various geographies where the company operates;Translate the sustainability strategic plan into objectives and action plans, promoting ESG practices and implementing critical projects on diverse areas such as climate strategy, biodiversity, circular economy, corporate responsibility;Execute double materiality assessments, consultation processes to stakeholders, benchmarks and gap assessments to support sustainability strategy revision;Manage the Annual Report, ensuring precision, accuracy, integrity, and conformity with CSRD, TCFD, GRI and other ESG requirements;Identify relevant ESG risks and opportunities for stakeholders and the business, contributing to informed decision-making, and promoting improvement in the organization's sustainability, environmental and social performance;Guide ESG reporting strategy, including KPIs development to attend ESG requirements;Research, monitor and track sustainability reporting guidelines, policies, trends and best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable policies, procedures and programs;Articulate sustainability strategy with the corporate integrated management system (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 4500), coordinating with local teams, and promote the implementation of corrective actions and preventive programs;Monitor the ESG objectives implemented in the Group, preparing ESG quarterly reports to the Group;Promote communication programs to maintain and improve culture and sustainability awareness;Identify training needs and support the implementation of training actions whenever necessary.Profile:Master's degree in engineering, sustainability, environmental sciences or similar education or experience is a plus;At least 5 years of ESG / Sustainability experience, preferably in the sector of energy;Experience in integrated management systems (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001);Knowledge of ESG / Sustainability regulatory context and trends;Fluent in English and knowledge of other languages such as Spanish;Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel and other relevant data analysis tools;Project management capabilities, and ability to handle multiprojects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously and diverse stakeholders;Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical solutions;Capacity to interact with multiple and diverse teams, in a complex organizational environment;Very well organized and high attention to detail;Team spirit and strong communications skills;Ability to translate ideas into clear, high-impactful communications;Availability to travel.What do we have to offer?Competitive salary aligned with experience;Attractive benefits package including health insurance, pension plan and meal card;Flexible work environment and work-life balance;25 days of holidays;80 days per year of flexible work;Free birthday day;Being part of an international environment.We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!#J-18808-Ljbffr
