You and your engagement can make a contribution to shape the future of renewable energies.Coordinate and manage the service teams in consultation with the local Service coordinators until the wind farm is handed over to the customer; Coordinate the interfaces between the service teams; Work together with the project team to ensure smooth processes on site; Support the CM within the project with all the service team requirements; Ensure the fastand efficient removal of NCs by coordinating material deliveries and team allocations as part of commissioning and the 300h maintenance, such as creating CS orders; Responsible fordetermining the causes of NCs; Evaluate the effort to rectify the NCs during commissioning and the 300h maintenance; Assist in clarifying technicalnon-conformities in accordance with the PM processes.First level support to clarify technical deviations inaccordance with PM processes for the service teams on site.Bachelor or master degree in engineering or similarAt least 3 years' experience in teams management and international environmentsFluent in English, other languages as a plus (Spanish, Greek,Italian,…)Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, SCADA as a plusTeam player with excellent communications skillsStrategic and analytical mindsetCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAvailability to travel.Extra day of vacation; Network of partners with discounts for employeesPossibility to grow professionally and have international careerLooking for an exciting and challenging position with excellent career prospects in a growing enterprise?
