Then Emma is the right place for you.What you'll do:You will monitor and improve our retail operations & service performance for assigned markets.You will take care of the onboarding of stores and setting all requirements in the systems.You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retails stores. You will define and improve operations set up for stores that involve: order placement, fulfillment, technical set up & customer service. Act as POC for retail team from operations side, which include Store Managers & Launch Managers.Steering operational & customer service KPIs for our stores.
