BettingJobs is working with a well backed iGaming operator start up seeking to expand their team with a Sportsbook and Casino CRM Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute CRM strategies tailored to the Brazilian market, focusing on customer retention, loyalty programs, and personalised marketing campaigns.Analyse customer behaviour data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and upselling.Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotions and communications that resonate with Brazilian customers.Manage the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to reactivation, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.Measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance data.Requirements: Proven experience in CRM, with a focus on sportsbook and casino industries, preferably in the Brazilian market.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.Deep understanding of the Brazilian sports betting and casino landscape, including consumer behaviour and regulatory requirements.Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience with loyalty programs and customer segmentation strategies.Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the CRM space.Understanding of responsible gambling practices and how they apply within the Brazilian market.
