Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big: Shape the future: As a Local Process Owner (LPO) Foreign Trade within the scope of Business Process Management at TT, you will design the customs and foreign trade processes of the TT locations in Germany in compliance with legally compliant and legal requirements. On this basis, you will support the development of solutions for digitalization and complexity reduction in international supply chains.Create something new: Together with the Global Process Owner (GPO), you standardize and harmonize customs and foreign trade processes and work in cross-functional teams to implement them in SAP S4/Hana.Holistic thinking and implementation: In cooperation with the GPO Foreign Trade, you will design concepts for the optimization and standardization of sustainable customs and foreign trade processes and develop possible solutions for cost and efficiency optimization taking into account existing authorizations.Taking responsibility: In addition to the development of standards, you will assume operational responsibility for compliance with AEO certification as well as other authorizations of customs simplifications and support with adjustments in the AES (Automated Export System) in particular with updates and upgrades in SAP/R3. You will monitor monthly Intrastat reporting and assist with troubleshooting. You will identify weaknesses in the processes and collaborate in problem solving. Internal controls within the foreign trade processes are also part of your responsibilities.Networked communication: You act as an interface partner between the GPO Foreign Trade, the plants and shipping points in DE.
