Job description As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Engagement Marketing Team where you will have the opportunity to promote Infineon's products and applications through the focus on email marketing channels. Furthermore, you will design and enhance the Email Marketing campaigns in a multicultural environment and develop your expertise in the Digital Marketing world.In your new role you will:Focus on promoting Infineon's products and applications through the email marketing channel, employing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversions;Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning email marketing initiatives with overall business objectives;Provide strategic guidance in developing and executing email marketing campaigns for personalized and targeted communications to different customer segments;Analyze email marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and leverage customer insights for data-driven decision-making;Enhance the email marketing strategy and work with other channel experts toward a visionary digital marketing approach;Drive continuous improvement in marketing automation processes, ensuring efficient workflows and streamlined operations;Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and digital advertising, recommending innovative approaches for maximizing campaign effectiveness. You strive for continuous improvement and promote an awareness of quality in your area of work.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Media Science or related field;At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing;Proficiency in content marketing via relevant digital channels (such as Email, social media, and communities);Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with tight deadlines;Excellent communication skills (main interface: sales & marketing and communications department);Working experience with marketing automation tools – preferably Eloqua or similar;Graphic design skills, sense for content, and basic knowledge of HTML are an advantage;Fluency in English, and German is a plus.Please send us your CV in English!
