General Description
We are looking for a Support Analyst to be part of our team in our development center in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Seeking an individual with a dynamic and analytical profile who enjoys problem-solving and embodies a continuous improvement mindset;
- Must have an interest in understanding the client's business, be willing to share knowledge, and be eager to learn new technologies;
- Should have the ability to organize, set priorities, communicate effectively, sort tickets, collaborate with stakeholders on priority setting, and negotiate efficiently;
Requires extensive experience in a Support Analyst role with exposure to environments that involve direct contact with international clients (including C-level business area representatives and end-users) and multicultural teams.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience with AGILE methodologies (Kanban, Scrum), demand management tools (Jira, ITSM, Trello, etc.), and knowledge documentation (Confluence, GSites, etc.);
- Experience in supporting applications and services, including investigation, root cause analysis, detailing, and troubleshooting of production issues;
- Experience in understanding and analyzing complex scenarios comprised of various components/systems/services, involving different products and/or suppliers, and communicating through different types of integrations (services, queues, files);
- Experience with using, writing scripts, making queries, and giving SQL instructions, utilizing relational databases like mySQL;
- Familiarity with API testing, creating requests, analyzing responses and identifying potential errors using tools like Postman;
- Experience with the processes involved in monitoring services and applications;
- Advanced English proficiency for conversation is required.
In addition, it would be beneficial if you have experience or familiarity with:
- Utilizing cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS
- Employing IaC tools such as Terraform and Cloudformation
- Understanding table relationships
- Generating reports
- Managing roles and permissions
- Handling notifications, subscriptions, and reminders
- Integrating data using APIs
- Creating and managing pipelines
