PurposeThe person with this role will serves as main point of contact for support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applicationsPerform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.Work directly with ServiceNow Admin Team to resolve support issues and fulfil their requests within ServiceNow.Manage a team of ServiceNow System AdministratorsResponsibilitiesServiceNow System Senior Administrator will work with a team to manage the configuration, and maintenance of a ServiceNow system in a fast paced agile project environment.LDAP/SSO related issue, integration related issues resolutionEnable plugins (available or HI portal)Creation of transform maps if necessary. It may require to create this maps in order to transform the data.Modification of existing transform maps.Addition or modification of field maps. These are necessary to map the fields into TfSNow.Creation or modification of the simple transform map scripts. These scripts are important in order to transfer the data smoothly into TfSNow.Create/ Customization of SLAsCreating ServiceNow reports and dashboardsEmail properties management- Not frequent change, System propertiesTable archivingCoordination with Service Now vendor support for planned event, changes or activities carried out in Service Now datacentreCreate Basic Service Catalog UIPromote Update setService portal related issuesValidation of ACL for troubleshooting, Workflow TroubleshootingManage 3rd Level of support and escalations.Technical SkillsJava, Java Script  and DBMS concepts, ServiceNow ITSM modules, ServiceNow Platform and Cloud Infrastructure Concepts.Role Pre-RequisitesThe Candidate should have at least 12 months of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration with database concepts along with data on-boarding experience.Understand dependency between different ServiceNow platform and cloud componentsShould have ServiceNow data sets , transform maps, reporting experienceExposure on Agile/SCRUM methodologyCertificationsServiceNow System AdministratorITIL Foundation#J-18808-Ljbffr
