DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate with customers using various channels and respond to their queries in timely and efficient mannerEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportSupport standard queries related to a single product/small set of products (e.g. operating system, basic networking, PCs)Develop an understanding of customer's position and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of unparalleled serviceRespond customer queries in line with SLAKnow when to escalate the issue to other department or more senior representativeHelpful and effective member of the teamTake ownership of self-developmentKeep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints, and in line with internal proceduresMaintain and update all job-related administrative forms.REQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
