Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures. Job Description As part of the Corporate General Ledger team, you will act as key-user for all European VAT affairs, as well as provide accurate and timely accounting of the Corporate entities. Main Responsibilities: Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annual European VAT declarations for the group, coordinating with the local tax-accountants, making sure all deadlines are met Support the Group VAT Manager by acting as a single point-of-contact for all tax related issues to both internal and external entities Prepare the cash flow forecasts for the Corporate entities ICO reconciliation Supporting Accounting in the monthly closing Closely liaise with the other Corporate General Ledger team members and others, such as Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Tax. Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant area Previous experience in similar responsibilities, specifically in an international VAT environment Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills Solid communication skills to interact with several stakeholders Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory) Excellent knowledge of MS Office, namely MS Excel, and ERP (SAP is a plus) Resident in Ovar or nearby area Additional Information What do we offer you?
