Great Place to Work globally . How you'll make an impact: CI&T is expanding the team in Portugal and is looking for an experienced Talent Analyst who can come on board and help us manage our global recruitment and selection processes across both external and internal talent pools.
What will you be doing? Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders on current and forecasted positions and keeping them informed throughout the process
Working on multiple technical roles at any one time, managing your time efficiently to ensure we hit our SLAs to the business
You'll be building candidate pipelines both internally and externally using a number of different techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
Creating new openings on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and progressing candidates through the stages in real time
Ensuring our adverts are up to date with the position requirements and in keeping with local markets and company tone of voice
Take responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle including conducting screening and telephone interviews and coordinating the interview processes, keeping the candidates updated at all times
Working closely with the talent team and making suggestions on new ways of attracting talent and increasing our brand exposure
Build a strong candidate network
Helping to train our stakeholders on processes and hiring related systems
Representing CI&T in local job fairs and technical meets ups
Will raise any "blockers" in the hiring process to the GU Talent Leads
Can report on any local and global market trends
What do you bring to the role? Good communication skills including business level English with a strong work ethic
Previous experience working in an Internal or Agency recruitment role in the tech industry within the EMEA region
Experienced with both contract and permanent recruitment
Exceptional multi tasking skills and can balance your workload effectively
Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS')
Ability to think "outside the box" and come up with creative and innovative solutions to hiring
IT Literate (G Suite)
Workplace/Travel Opportunities: Currently able to work from home anywhere in Portugal, with occasional visits to our Lisbon office.
