Our colleaguesaround the world help to serve millions of people around the world everymonth, through its well-loved consumer brands including OLX, Otomoto,Property24.Join OLX and see how far you can go.Beginning of the year, OLX created a Senior Technical Program Managementdiscipline to manage the portfolio of OLX Group programs across all itsbusiness units and provide global visibility to leadership. This team willprovide hands-on program management when product delivery and integrationspan organizational boundaries.Additionally, this team owns and leads programs with global scope forcompliance, security, or operations that transcend any single businessunit. We create the mechanisms for governance, ways of working, andprioritization across the Group. This includes strategic portfoliomanagement tools for managing dependencies and deliverables, defining theformat and cadence of program reviews, and ensuring decisions that maximizethe investments of people and resources into things that matter to thecompany's customers.ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale cross-functional programs through design, development,and market launch across all European OLX classified products. Collaborate with engineering and product leaders across Group andbusiness units to ensure work is aligned with the strategicpriorities.Prioritize programs, develop deliverables schedules, track externaldependencies and commitments, manage stakeholders.Manage programs to success, determining and mitigating risks, assessingand communicating status, providing programs visibility.Establish and apply a governance framework that works across businessunits and functional areas for driving decision making.Track program performance using success metrics, anticipate risks,resolve issues, and collaborate to fine tune programs as needed.Manage a portfolio of programs using tools and analytics to ensureprograms are meeting business unit and Group goals across OLX.Work closely with the CTO and CTO leadership team.Profile & ExperienceBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practicalexperience.5+ years in software program management, including managing significantcross functional projects in mid-size or large companies using industrystandard software development methodologies.Experience operating at scale, e.g., with teams and products around theworld, in fast growing consumer markets.Experience working directly with executive teams.High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiplecompeting priorities.Background in developing and/or applying a governance framework fordecision making.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Key Partners & StakeholdersEngineering and Product Leaders – daily engagement on theprograms deliveryThe TPM team is part of the Global CTO office and regularlycollaborates with OLX executive level leaders.Business unit CTO and CPO leadership – collaboration and governanceto ensure programs meet global and business unit goals.Executive management team – preparation of quarterly reviewsdelivered by business unit leads.Finance leaders – planning product investments, tracking programcosts and ROI.Why join OLX?At OLX, we invest in ourselves and each other to reach our fullpotential.
