Our client is a professional top tier Law Firm in Portugal. They are currently seeking a talented Senior Tax Litigation Lawyer to join the Tax Law department. This lawyer will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team with an outlined career progression plan.
About the Job:

Active collaboration in the Tax department:
Must have experience in the preparation of complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships and S-corps as well as various tax-based consulting projects. Must demonstrate a strong interest in tax and possess deep expertise under tax compliance related experience. Provide advice on matters such as income tax, tax credits and tax deductions, governmental and local taxes, capital gains taxes, and the tax implications of corporate transactions such as M&A deals, banking deals, capital transactions
About the Candidate:

• A law degree from a Portuguese University;
• Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;
• At least 5-7 years professional experience in the relevant area (Tax law);
• Fluency in English;
• Flexibility, dynamism and versatility.
