Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.Key Responsibilities:-Define, develop and maintain EUS capabilities in conjunction and alignment with Infosec and other Technology Services functions;-Participate in the weekly On-Call with his team;-Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the companies' group;-Alignment with Change Management team in definition and maintenance of Service Level Agreements for supported services;-Accountable, with the team, for planning and managing the maintenance and patching of existing services to agreed levels;-Responsible, with the team, for ensuring open incidents and requests are addressed according to SLA;-Ensure capacity management is in place for key services;-Ensure documentation is up to date, accessible, easy to use, reduces single point of failures within the team, and make the team more efficient;-Lead by example by taking care of the health and safety of yourself and others.Relevant Experience:-More than 3 years of relevant experience as a system administrator;- Experience with Windows Server Administration;-Solid experience with Office 365 Administration (Azure, Exchange, SharePoint);-Knowledgeable in multiple Microsoft services (such as Print server, file sharing);-Knowledgeable in Exchange;-Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft End User Applications (Office);-Use to working under pressure and meeting deadlines;-Good Level of English (at least B2).We offer:- Integration in a dynamic, experienced and friendly team;- Technical, behavioral and linguistics training opportunities;- Career development.Apply:If the above sounds like the right job opportunity for you, do not hesitate to apply here .
