Senior Service Designer

As a Senior Service designer, you will be in charge of :
Design and propose research plans for service redesign, including tool selection, audience identification, and timeline.Conduct research activities and analyze data for service evaluation and redesign.Facilitate co-creation sessions with stakeholders to generate solution ideas.Develop and test digital prototypes for service improvement.Design implementation plans based on tested solutions.Ensure all proposed documents and methods are validated by the company.Fluent in Portuguese.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field.Experience in service design projects, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation of co-creation workshops in both in-person and digital formats, using digital tools (such as Mural or Miro) and prototyping.Experience in projects with public sector entities for the redesign of public services (digital and/or in-person).
