You will design experimentation on the bench with conventional and/or non-conventional/creative approaches that will lead to unique product claims and benefits (with new formula bases, raw ingredients and processing techniques) You will communicate data both internally and externally. You will design new technical data packages and formulations driven by customer needs and market trends. You will present new data to the market via conferences, trade show speaking engagements and white papers. You will be the main technical contact for customers, distributors, and sales managers.Decision makingTypically, you have the authority to make decisions related to technical direction, methodologies, approaches and product development processes. You can also make decisions related to project execution, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation within budget.
