At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Engineer, demonstrating a deep understanding of web-based technology applications.Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining applications using Ruby on Rails is preferred. However, a strong ability and interest in working with Ruby on Rails will also be considered.Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), clean coding practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and agile methodologies. Familiarity with Functional Programming and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is advantageous.Experience with other programming languages such as Javascript, Elixir, Scala, and Python is highly valued. The ability to adapt and learn new languages and technologies is essential.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.Benefits & Perks
