With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.As our company is currently going through an exciting period of sustainable growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate recruitment expert to drive and professionalize our international recruitment activities, uphold diversity & talent standards and position Usercentrics as Employer of choice.We offer a fantastic opportunity to further shape our international recruitment function while supporting immediate and future organizational hiring goals of Usercentrics and being part of our multinational HR Team with colleagues located across Europe.Your Tasks Hire greatly fitting candidates and safeguard a smooth candidate journey by working end-to-end on your vacancies in close cooperation with the Hiring ManagersAdd and develop successful sourcing channels for our target locations (think of Prague, Lisbon, Odense etc), thereby creating a practical pipelineWork with the team on strengthening employer branding initiativesContinuously look for process & quality improvements to upgrade our hiring process and experience for all stakeholdersInspire our Recruitment & broader HR Team by proactively sharing knowledge, best practices and market trends, especially for the Prague office locationPotentially lead our Recruitment Team with three more Recruiters as foremanYou Bring Strong hands-on in-house recruitment experience (4+ years) preferably in a Tech company, supporting global fast-paced organizations with the recruitment of varied job profilesProven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking through strong market knowledge and courageous advisory skillsAmple experience and creativity in effective, tailored sourcingMarvelous organizational skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective routine activities in a fast-paced environmentA cooperative, flexible & positive mindset, truly enjoying recruitmentFluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills (additional Czech/German/Danish/Portuguese language skills would be a plus)Don't meet every single requirement?
