Our activities are primarily focused on finance, life science, retail, and energy.What is Taleo looking for?We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion within the financial sector , particularly in banking, insurance, or fintech. Experience working within a regulatory context , in implementing new regulations ( familiarity with the DORA regulatory framework is a plus ), and managing diverse stakeholders are essential for the success in this role.What will you do?Lead end-to-end project management , ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders , providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and support junior project management staff as needed.What is Taleo looking for?Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management , preferably within the financial sector .Proven experience managing projects with a regulatory context .Strong understanding of financial services products, processes, and industry trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Project Management certifications such as PMP , PRINCE2 , or Agile certifications are preferred .Experience in the implementation of new regulations or compliance initiatives is highly desirable.Proficiency in English and/or French ; multilingual candidates preferred .Knowledge of the DORA regulatory framework is a plus .Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Why should you join us?You will be part of a talented and dynamic team!
