As a Senior Product Manager you set the product vision, define use cases, analyze customer needs and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for success. You will work directly with design, research, engineering, analytics to collect input, mold requirements, and validate features. You drive prioritization for your area, communicate with internal stakeholders, conduct user testing with customers, and work on the go to market plan with product marketing. You will also be responsible for driving product adoption and improving the customer experience through your products while aligning with the bigger OLX goals.
Please be informed that this position can be hired in Portugal only (anywhere in the country) and OLX does not offer relocation.
Who are we looking for? Proven track record in product management, ideally at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience building great customer-focused products. Able to build a product strategy with corresponding outcomes and success metrics Able to extract insights and define a roadmap focused on solving crucial customer needs Able to create a rationale and investment case where required Experienced in data driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimisation, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision making. Able to take end to end responsibility for their product. Is able to work independently with limited support and guidance from the Head of Product. Curious and takes initiative to dig into the why, what & howA problem solver that is not afraid of taking on big, complex, and ambiguous challenges and breaking them into products that bring value to customers and OLX. Values collaboration and building consensus in and outside of your team, in the spirit of teamwork. Has excellent communication skills both written and oral communication skills.
