One of the main and unique products we have built is a set of data models to improve our acquisition efforts when it comes to paid marketing, models which are very unique to market standards. We care deeply about solutions being scalable and want to grow our marketing technologies portfolio, especially around customers acquisition.As the MarTech Senior Product Manager you and your multidisciplinary team will help to drive and implement the product strategy of Marketing products across all EU. In your role, you will bring the strategy and implementation of existing products and find new strategies for acquiring and growing OLX customer base. Our capabilities vary from very advanced data models which enable marketing to optimize the value paid campaigns (like Google) bring for the short and long-term, being able to balance paid marketing with organic search like SEO.What you will be doing:Define and lead the product vision, strategy, goals, success metrics and roadmaps (short and long-term) for the various acquisition products we have.Work with marketing teams to understand the main customer problems and articulate in your roadmap how to potentially solve these problems.Refine and own both the product discovery and delivery backlogsBecome the face and subject matter expert for 'top of funnel' and customer acquisition in the companyCollaborate and influence other teams in the organization to increase acquisition outcomesManage your product area leading indicators with deep understanding of how they improve the business Measurements (KPIs)Contribute towards a team culture focused on high velocity decision-making, deep care, and learning.Who we are looking for:7+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or similar industries, focused on acquisition and growth.Track record in managing products to support customer acquisition, especially for high traffic websites.Fluent in data where you will understand machine learning models to create product features, preferably with a background in data science.Knowledgeable of the 'Growth' marketing strategies and technologies like Google Ads and Google SearchExperience in experimentation and incrementality testing to measure uplift
