Senior Product ManagerSenior Product Manager required to join a growing Digital health company and be involved in the design and execution of their overall product development strategies.RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly collaborate with the leadership team to craft and implement strategies, objectives, and schedules for product advancement.Facilitate collaboration between the Engineering and R&D divisions to conceptualise concepts and transform plans into tangible product offerings.Oversee comprehensive testing and validation strategies for prototypes and end products, guaranteeing adherence to quality benchmarks and regulatory mandates.Supervise the entire product lifecycle, spanning from ideation to market launch.Prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring prompt completion.Engage with external stakeholders, including researchers, healthcare professionals, and industry specialists, to gather insights and address market demands effectively.Work closely with manufacturing and production units to facilitate a smooth transition from product design to fabrication.Promote a culture of teamwork and innovation to propel the development of state-of-the-art commercial offerings.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Biology, or related fields (Preferred: Master's or PhD)3 years of experience in Product Engineering or Product Development (Preferred: Experience in Life Sciences)Understanding of Optics (spectroscopy, Raman, FTIR or similar)Understanding of AI (Machine learning, Deep learning)Proven leadership capabilities, including managing and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams effectively.Strong project management skills, evidenced by the successful delivery of commercial products.Adeptness in thriving within a dynamic startup environment, adept at swiftly adapting to new directives and taking ownership of crucial workstreams.BENEFITSCompetitive annual salaryAnnual performance bonusStock optionsCompany offsitesPrivate healthcare insuranceWeekly happy hours with great food and drinksThe chance to work with world class talented scientists#J-18808-Ljbffr
