Senior Php/Symfony Full-Stack Engineer

At Mobilexpense (Permanent), in Lisbon, Portugal Salary: €35.000 - €60.000 Expires at: 2024-04-11 Remote policy: Partial remote As part of Mobilexpense , you will join a team of +20 talented Engineers spread across offices in Portugal, Belgium, Sweden, The Netherlands and India giving you an international flavour to your work.    You will be working on our Declaree product, a very important product for us. We have bold growth plans, and you will play an integral part in developing and improving the product. With a flat structure, you will be free to collaborate with our CTO and our Chief Product Officer, giving you exposure right across the business.   On the team-building side, you will get to visit Brussels and Rotterdam a couple of times a year. High level on the role: You'll help scale our development team in Lisbon and work on innovative features such as expense management, payment and travel integration, analytics and much more. You will report directly to Manuel, he is very transparent, leads by example and you can count on him as long as he can count on you! Deeper Dive: You will work mainly on developing new features and improving our product on a daily basis You will keep our code base healthy by adopting modern coding practices You will help squashing old bugs, sometimes refactoring some older stuff You will support our onboarding team with solving technical requests Main requirements Strong PHP skills, having worked with Symfony recently Contact with modern frontend stacks, such as React (our favourite) Vue or Angular Familiarity with technologies such as Docker, REST APIs, JSON and modern deployment techniques such as Gitlab CI/CD and Azure Cloud Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset A healthy obsession with details The ability to work independently Good English verbal communication skills Nice to have Experience within a product/tech company or a SaaS company.
