Mission of the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team at Visteon. As the Partnerships Manager for our Automotive App Store, you will play a crucial role in acquiring, testing, and leveraging partnerships with third-party app developers.
What You'll do: Contact (outbound) and evaluate potential app partners for the Visteon Automotive App StoreDevelop and maintain strong relationships with app developers, ensuring effective communication and collaborationNegotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and revenue-sharing modelsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner apps into the app store platformConduct thorough testing of partner apps to ensure compatibility, performance, and quality standardsMonitor and analyze the performance of partner apps, providing feedback and recommendations for improvementStay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to app stores and automotive applicationsCollaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive app store usage and engagementTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships, such as app downloads, user ratings, and revenue generationAct as a liaison between Visteon and partner app developers, addressing any issues, concerns, or inquiries that may ariseWhat We´re Looking For: Master´s degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus+10 years of proven experience in partnerships or business development roles, preferably in technology and/or automotive industryStrong knowledge of the app store ecosystem, including app acquisition, testing, and distribution processesExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partnersSolid understanding of technical concepts related to app development, integration, and quality assuranceAnalytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insightsStrong verbal and written communications skills in English are a mustNice to Have Knowledge of Android Automotive OS and Car APIExperience with Jira and ConfluenceReporting Structure: Director of Product Management
