Senior Mining Project Manager

Do you have experience in building a business and taking them from execution to construction phase in the mining and mineral processing world?Can you come armed with a positive attitude to lead and energise your team, taking on ideas for all members?The client has exclusively retained myself and the team at CSG Talent to help them find both a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, to work together on their sustainable lithium conversion plant in Portugal, which is set to be the largest in Europe.We need the successful candidate to come ready to take on responsibility for the construction of the greenfield lithium project.Someone who has proven success, and ready to bring that expertise with them to continue to grow.Responsibilities include - Project planning development- Team Leadership- Contractor Management- Risk Management- Quality Assurance- Stakeholder Communication- Documentation- HSE- Continuous ImprovementLooking to see experience gained in a project over 1 billion USD, working alongside the large EPCM companies, strong English language, be that native or fluent/very good learning .Lithium experience would be very welcomed, as would complex metallurgy .Mineral processing a must.You need to have worked on a big industrial infrastructure project, this is very important to have the skills and experience needed.As to be expected for positions like these, they come with fantastic salary possibilities, and a very strong package which includes bonus, full relocation paid for, as well as other options such as schooling cost, housing and more.Please note this is not an IT project manager position and all applicants who are will of course be rejected.To be considered and for further details, please submit an up to date resume, thank you.
